Upon arrival at the airport, once you have collected all luggage, call us toll-free at 888.546.6441 select Option 2 and present your confirmation number to our agent. You will be directed to your assigned car. Your driver will meet you at the curbside directly in front of the baggage claim area.
Finding Your Vehicle at Ontario International Airport – ONT
Upon arriving at Ontario International Airport, first collect all of your items from baggage claim. Then please exit the building from the easternmost baggage claim door. If you are facing the exit from inside the baggage claim area, the door to use is the one furthest to the right. Cross the street to the eastern most (right-hand end) of the island. Then speak with an Ontario Airport representative behind a small podium and let the representative know that you have a reservation with Expo Ride. The representative will call in your van for immediate pickup.
