  1. Q. Who do we contact for airport pickup.?
    A. Call dispatch toll free at 888.546.6441 and present your confirmation number to our agent. Your driver will be directed to your confirmed location. Your driver will meet you at the curbside directly in front of the baggage claim area.

  2. Q. What are Meet and Greet Services?
    A. Your driver greets you inside immediately to assist you with luggage. Domestic Arrivals flights, the chauffeur greets passengers inside the airport. He/She will wait just outside of the arrival’s (restricted) area, with a sign displaying passenger’s name. International Arrivals flights, your chauffeur greets passenger inside the airport. He/She will wait just outside of customs exit, with a sign displaying the passenger’s name. For cruise port, bus terminals and other public transportation ports, your chauffeur will wait at the nearest designated passenger pick up area. He will wait outside of his vehicle with a sign displaying the passenger’s name.

  3. Q. Is there a fee for meet and greet service?
    A. Masters Limousine charges an additional $15.00 for domestic meet & greet service and $30.00 for international meet & greet service.

  4. Q. What if I don’t see the chauffeur for my meet & greet services?
    A. Please contact dispatch at 888.546.5441 immediately.

  5. Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
    A. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

  6. Q. Is a deposit required to reserve a vehicle?
    A. Credit card information is required on file before a reservation is scheduled.

  7. Q. When are payments due for services?
    A. Payments are due twelve (12) hours prior to service.

  8. Q. Are pets allowed inside vehicles?
    A. Yes, small pets contained in a carrier or carried on lap by owner are allowed at no additional charge.

  9. Q. What is the standard gratuity?
    A. The industry standard gratuity for a chauffeur is 20%.

  10. Q. Is there a charge if I need to make a stop?
    A. Stops are billed at $20.00 per stop (maximum 15 minute duration).

  11. Q. Is there a fee for waiting periods?
    A. Yes, unscheduled waiting time is charged $20.00 every fifteen (15) minutes.

  12. Q. What is the minimum time required to make a reservation?
    A. On-line reservations should be requested twelve (12) hours prior to your scheduled transportation to confirm availability. Scheduling of phone request require a minimum four (4) hours notice.

  13. Q. How long does the driver wait for inbound airport passengers?
    A. The driver waits 120 minutes (2 Hours) for passengers arriving on international flights and 60 minutes (1 Hour) for passengers arriving on domestic flights.

  14. Q. What is the maximum luggage capacity?
    A. Vehicle luggage space is designed to accommodate 1.5 pieces of luggage per customer.

  15. Q. Is smoking allowed?
    A. NO, all vehicles are “smoke” free.

  16. Q. What is your cancellation policy?
    A. Cancellation notices are required 12 hours prior to the scheduled reservation to avoid penalties.

  17. Q. Do you provide child safety seats?
    A. Masters Limousine reserves infant toddler and booster seats at $10.00 each.

  18. Q. Is my five (5) year old required to ride in a child restraint seat?
    A. Please note the following California Child Passenger Restraint Requirements.
    1. Effective January 1, 2002(California Vehicle Code) 27360. No parent or legal guardian, when present in a motor vehicle, as defined in Section 27315, shall permit his or her child or ward to be transported upon a highway in the motor vehicle without providing and properly securing the child or ward, in a child passenger restraint system meeting applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards unless the child or ward is at least one of the following:
      1. Six years of age or older.
      2. Weighs 60 pounds or more.
    2. No driver shall transport on a highway any child in a motor vehicle, as defined in Section 27315, without providing and properly securing the child in a child passenger restraint system meeting applicable federal motor vehicle safety standards unless the child is at least one of the following:
      1. Six years of age or older.
      2. Weighs 60 pounds or more.
