I would like to thank you for the very proud and professional drivers that you sent to the Long Beach Airport. My In-Laws are well into their 80’s and my father-in-law served in the Korean War and for many years has needed a lot of care in getting in and out of cars. And, a lot of patience as he moves around in his walker. My wife couldn’t stop telling me how helpful, caring and professional your drivers were and how we will always use your company for all of our travel needs!!!

I use limousines occasionally, but their service made me rethink my point of view on luxury transportation they were simply the best; our chauffeur greeted us at the airport with a sign. He was very polite and helped with our luggage, and trust me, even though you are paying for limo, there are still some drivers that won’t bother to pickup your luggage or open the door for you. The car was nice and clean. Very happy with them.

Excellent service and experience. The driver was impeccably dressed, courteous, professional, and efficient. Despite a slight delay at baggage claim, driver remained calm and undisturbed by it. Same story regarding the traffic on the way home. In the car, I was greeted with clean car, chilled water, and expert driving. I will definitely be a repeat customer with Airport Masters.
